About PicassoCare
PicassoCare ("we", "us", "our") is a Kenyan retail group headquartered at Kaka House, Muthaiga Close, Westlands, Nairobi, operating the Picasso Glow, Picasso Afya, Picasso Noir, and Picasso Byte collections under one commercial entity.
These Terms govern your access to and use of the PicassoCare website, mobile experience, and services. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase age-restricted products (including any Noir Collection vape products). You represent that all information you provide is accurate and current.
Orders and acceptance
An order placed through the site is an offer to buy. We accept the order when we send you an order-confirmation email or dispatch the goods, whichever is earlier. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including for pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
Pricing and taxes
Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. eTIMS-compliant invoices are issued for qualifying transactions.
Intellectual property
All content on the site — including logos, product photography, copy, and code — belongs to PicassoCare or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act (Cap. 130, Laws of Kenya). You may not reproduce, resell, or scrape the site without written permission.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
