PicassoCare ("we", "us", "our") is a Kenyan retail group headquartered at Kaka House, Muthaiga Close, Westlands, Nairobi, operating the Picasso Glow, Picasso Afya, Picasso Noir, and Picasso Byte collections under one commercial entity.
PicassoCare delivers across Kenya and to selected addresses in Uganda and Tanzania.
Coverage
Kenya: nationwide. Uganda and Tanzania: major urban centres. Additional customs charges may apply on cross-border shipments and are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Timelines
Nairobi and Mombasa: same-day or next-day where the order is placed before 12:00 EAT. Other Kenyan counties: 2–4 business days. Regional (UG, TZ): 5–10 business days.
Fees
Delivery fees are shown at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. Free delivery may apply above published thresholds or during promotions.
Tracking
Once dispatched, you receive a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also track from your account under Orders.
Failed deliveries
If the carrier is unable to deliver after three attempts, the order is returned to us and a re-delivery fee may apply.
