About PicassoCare
PicassoCare ("we", "us", "our") is a Kenyan retail group headquartered at Kaka House, Muthaiga Close, Westlands, Nairobi, operating the Picasso Glow, Picasso Afya, Picasso Noir, and Picasso Byte collections under one commercial entity.
These Payment Terms apply to all transactions on PicassoCare.
Accepted methods
Card payments processed by Paystack, M-Pesa (STK Push and Paybill), and bank transfer for approved corporate accounts.
Currency
All charges are in Kenyan Shillings (KSh). Cross-border deliveries may be settled in KSh or an equivalent local currency at the prevailing rate.
Invoicing
eTIMS-compliant invoices are issued where required under the Tax Procedures Act.
Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact support before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery action.
Security
We never store full card numbers. Payment credentials are handled by PCI-DSS certified processors.
